Asia Stocks Fall on Concern U.S. Spending to Slow

March 31 (Bloomberg) -- Asian stocks fell, sending the region's benchmark to its biggest decline in two weeks, on concern faltering U.S. consumer spending will hurt exports of cars, clothes and electronics.
